The place is well maintained and the room was very good. In my 1BHK, though, the bedroom AC was noisy, and there was no iron, so I had to rely on the hotel’s laundry service.

The location is central, with Kudu and other food places close enough to walk to. It worked well for our family, and the hotplate, washing machine, refrigerator, and other listed equipment all worked properly. Good service and good value for the money.

There’s no breakfast, and no grocery shop within walking distance. The place is fairly clean and the staff respond quickly. Guests can use the pool for free at certain times, while at other times it can be booked for private use.

The pool is tiny, more like a pond, and after 4 o’clock guests have to book it and pay 58 SAR per hour. Charging hotel guests to swim felt like a joke. Reception was awful too. They spoke rudely to me in front of my family, and a checkout delay of just one hour meant a charge of half a day’s room fee. The staff were very rude, and housekeeping was practically nonexistent. In the washroom, all we had was soap. I’ve stayed in many hotels in KSA and never had an experience this bad. Honestly, staying here was absolute nonsense. Book Rosalina Hotel nearby instead, it’s a very nice place.
