The rooms are okay, though a little small, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the cabin. Breakfast was the real problem. There’s only a small amount of fruit, and it’s gone within ten minutes of breakfast starting, with no refills. You can order eggs cooked different ways, but they take 40 minutes, and orders often get mixed up. By the time you finally get anything, you’ve lost your appetite. It put us in a bad mood first thing in the morning and really spoiled the experience.

For a family with kids, this felt like good value, with a calm setting and a convenient base for exploring La Digue. We had a lovely, peaceful stay at Chez Michelin. The room was quiet and spacious enough for three people, which we appreciated. It had a handy little fridge and was clean, but pretty basic for amenities. There were two fans, though only one worked while we were there.

We had a comfortable, quiet stay with the family. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was good. There’s a bakery and small markets nearby, and with a bike you can get to all the beaches. A nice place to enjoy the nature and people, then just relax.

The garden and the facility were lovely, and it was great value for money. The hosts were especially kind and helpful when I got sick. They checked on me every day and brought me a bunch of coconuts as medicine. Such a thoughtful gesture.

Right in the heart of La Passe la digue, this is a great pension. The rooms were clean and the staff lovely.
