We had a shared kitchen, but it was only shared with one other room. The stay was about 800 USD for a week, and breakfast was included each morning. The rooms were large and very clean, though a little tired. There’s an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, big front porches, and lots of great plants around the grounds. The coffee was excellent too, which matters to me.

The location was fantastic, and we could watch the sunset right in front of the lodge. It's just next to anse source dargent. Breakfast was simple but nice, with small portions of fresh fruit. Our room was cleaned every day and had fresh towels. We stayed three days and absolutely loved it. I forgot some things, and when I called from Praslin, they sent them out so I could pick them up at the jetty. Thumbs up, it was totally worth the money and I'd definitely come back if I visit la digue.

The location and staff were good, but management was a sad joke. There was no service, they weren't helpful or welcoming, and the only thing they seemed to care about was getting us to pay. There was virtually no working WiFi in any room. We checked with other guests too. When we raised it, management came up with excuses, blaming the weather, staff, and provider, even though other restaurants and hotels had good WiFi. The TV didn't work either. They just pointed out that there was a TV in the room, as if that settled it. It had no channels or connection, and they said that wasn't their fault. They suggested we bring our own USB to watch movies on their nonworking TV. It's cheaper than some places and well located, but not worth it. We would NOT recommend staying here. Stay away!
