We rented two apartments as a family in December 2017 and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are modern and nicely furnished, each with its own bathroom, and there’s plenty of space in the living area and kitchen for self-catering, which helps when eating out is expensive. We liked having our own entrance and privacy, while still being able to use the hotel pool and restaurant next door if we wanted. There’s a little shop within walking distance, and across the main road you’ll find a small “private” beach for a quick dip. It’s also close to the airport. Ron and Linda, the owners, give the place a lovely homey feel. We’d definitely recommend it and come back.

We had to cancel at the last minute after an accident at another hotel left my wife with serious burns. The manager told me in person that a partial cancellation was fine, but then kept all the money. I found plenty of better and much cheaper places afterward, and I’m glad we didn’t stay here. Liz, the manager, also told me the local hospital had an outbreak of a disease in which several babies had died. The rooms faced a car park, there wasn’t much to do nearby, and there’s a busy road out front. Look around, there are many better places.

The location worked well for getting to the airport and Victoria, and the hotel facilities were sufficient. Our room was clean and nice, but the beds were rock hard and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out. Some staff were often cold and unhelpful, which was the main downside. March 2024.

The apartments are modern, nice, and clean, with private parking right outside. There isn’t much to see nearby, so renting a car is a good idea.

A quiet, clean, modern place in a very good location. The reception staff are really kind and nice.
