The bed was really comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay, and I also made use of the little gym and sauna. The lounge and bar are lovely. For a 3-star hotel, the price makes this great value. I met the new owner Per, a really nice guy. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The central location is great, and I liked that the rooms were warm since I don't enjoy cold air-conditioned rooms unless it's really hot out. There's free Wi-Fi that works well, plus as much coffee or tea as you want from the small fika corner. The rooms may be dated, but they were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't notice any bad smells or dirty surroundings, despite what some reviews say.

The building looked very dated, though I don't mean that as a criticism. We were there because it was the only place near our job with availability, and it was clean and tidy. Breakfast was as good as, or better than, some Scandic and Best Western hotels where we stay. Three of us had no complaints. I'd recommend it and would stay again.

The breakfast was the same uncreative spread every day and started too late for people going to work. We had to request lunch boxes, and they were forgotten most of the time. At night, kids from a sports team were out of control, kicking people's doors while they were trying to sleep. It was very noisy.

The central location in Bollnäs was the only good thing. I stayed six days and got no room cleaning or garbage removal at all. Service was nonexistent. Avoid.
