The location is great and the kitchen is well equipped. That’s about all I liked. I understood it was a DIY apartment, but I hadn’t realised I’d have to mount the blinds, curtain and window handle myself. I also had to pick up breadcrumbs by hand because there was no vacuum or other tool available. The service I contacted readily promised to sort it out, but nothing was really done over the four days. It was very noisy during the renovation, both day and night.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and nice, and the location was wonderful. But the sound insulation was poor and it was too noisy. We couldn’t fall asleep until the festival across the river was over.

It’s close to everything, and after staying in lots of hotels in Goteburg, I’d say this has to be the best, even without breakfast. The building is quaint, with a lovely old-fashioned lift full of brass and wood. Inside, the room was modern, with a nicely laid out kitched, a decent TV and a very good shower. Highly recomend it.

The beds were uncomfortable and the heating didn’t work. When I asked for heat and extra blankets, they weren’t helpful. This didn’t feel anything like a 5 *, more like a 2*. I tried to make a complaint and they’re ignoring me.
