Treetop Spa Hangout & Hotel

The spa was the best part of my New Year’s Eve stay. The thermal jacuzzi and sauna were a treat and a welcome escape from the winter cold. The restaurant served exquisite meals, with thoughtful attention to the food and service. The hotel combines luxury and calm, with beautiful views of the surrounding nature, and it was an ideal place to unwind. I felt at ease and welcome from the moment I arrived. It was a magical way to end the year, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for a peaceful start to the new year.

We were looking for a quiet spa break near Gothenburg to celebrate our special day. I found Treetop hangout spa online, and although some reviews weren’t great, the photos looked so serene that we decided to try it anyway. We were so pleasantly surprised! At reception, Sylviana gave us cava on the house for our wedding toast and moved us to a better room. The rooftop spa was the highlight. Set on top of a hill under open sky and surrounded by trees, it felt like being somewhere completely different, almost a Hawaiian island, whether we were in a hot tub or just lying down. There weren’t many visitors, so it felt like a private sauna and spa. The rooftop bar and music were just right, and there are several hot tubs and saunas. The wood-fired one was really good. Breakfast the next morning was so good, with nearly anything you could ask for, including cupcakes and fika buns. The food tasted great. We had an amazing stay, and I’m glad we found this cozy weekend getaway so close to Gothenburg. Thank you to the Treetop team for the wonderful hospitality. Keep up the great spirit! ❤️

The outdoor hot tubs among the trees were a real highlight, especially in the evening. Treetop Spa Hangout & Hotel has a cozy, relaxing feel, with a treetop-inspired setting that gives you a sense of getting away into nature while still being close to the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout, the rooms were comfortable, and the restaurant food was delicious. A peaceful getaway I’d highly recommend. I’ll be back!
