The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Europe. Get the meatballs and pancakes! I was there for work and was pleasantly surprised by the big room, comfortable bed, and unusual decor. Having access to a full commercial fitness center was a real plus. There was no fridge or slippers, which was a bit disappointing. Worse, I only spotted a palm-sized dried bloodstain under my pillow when checking out. Not a nice surprise.

The hotel was a calm, convenient place to sleep during our trip through Sweden, and we got a good night's rest. The breakfast let it down, though. The scrambled eggs were inedible, maybe something had been added to stop them drying out, and the bread was bland and clearly factory-made. It all looked appealing, but tasted disappointing. Fine for a night's sleep, but the food and service need work.

The bathroom was neat and the room felt cozy, plus it's dog-friendly. You can bring your dog to breakfast, and there's even a gift for them in the room. Nice rooms and a good location too. Highly recommend 🤩

Breakfast has lots of choices and is very good. The hotel is nice, but it's a long way from the center, and the only public transport is a bus that comes roughly every half hour. Rooms are small, and there's no tea or coffee maker.

The only snag was the breakfast food not being labeled for allergens, which could be tricky for anyone with dietary restrictions. Otherwise, we were very happy with our family stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for traveling with a child, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty and everything was well organized. We'd recommend Best Western Plus Åby Hotel for families.
