The bathroom's a big downside. When you shower, the whole floor gets wet because it's badly designed. I'm not sure much can be done, though a standing floor scraper would help. The street outside is busy, especially on weekends, so I'd bring earplugs. Otherwise, it's a nice place for a couple of days, right in the center, with super friendly and helpful staff.

Being right in the city center is great, and you can buy drinks and snacks at reception. I'd recommend it if it's your cheapest option, especially if you only need somewhere to sleep and don't expect to spend much time at the hotel. Our room wasn't in great shape. A wall lamp by the door was coming loose, water seemed to escape the shower without draining back in, and there weren't many outlets, none near a mirror. The cleaning could have been better too.

The staff were friendly, but I was a little disappointed with this chain hotel. It's not bad, just not a designer place. In the standard double room I booked, there was everything I needed, though the furnishings felt a bit old-fashioned and the bed wasn't very comfortable. I only booked a night without meals, so I can't comment on the food.

Loved the toilet paper, and everyone on staff was nice and friendly. Bring your own shampoo, though, because the hotel one sucked. The bathroom was really small and cramped, so it wouldn't be good if you're claustrophobic. I forgot my toothbrush too. Not the hotel's fault, but I'm still sad.
