First Camp Glyttinge-Linköping

A decent, simple campsite for a quick trip through Sweden or for a few days while exploring Linköping and the surrounding area. Staff were friendly and the toilets clean. There are scooters from several companies for getting to and from the campsite, and the service building has a washer and dryer you can reserve. There isn't a swimming pool nearby.

There isn't much for children to do. The playground is very minimal, and for kids older than seven the nearby soccer field was the only fun option. The campsite itself is very basic, with no dishwashers. Larger camper pitches are a long way from the toilets and kitchen. Every door needs a keycard, and you only get two, so in a bigger group it's annoying to keep track of who has them when someone needs the toilet.

We had a nice, secluded tent spot with electricity during our two-night stay, part of a ten-day camping trip around Sweden. The buildings seemed in okay condition, though the showers were less so than the toilets, and the kitchen was okay. There were no real playgrounds for children. All in all, an okay place.

A calm, clean and pleasant campsite, and I had a very nice stay. The tent plots have good grass and bushes or trees around them, and the service house is fairly close. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. I can recommend it for a night or two. I didn't give it five stars because there's no lake, sea or swimming pool.
