After hiking along the östkustleden, we got a kind welcome from the owner of Pensionat Lövängen. We were very comfortable during our one-night stay, and I’d recommend the place.

The owner kindly offered us a free ride to the bus stop we needed. We had such a good stay here, with really comfortable beds and very pleasant staff. I’d happily recommend this pension.

We rented an apartment at Frejs magasin with friends. It was fine for somewhere to sleep, but after seeing the state of things I didn’t feel like using the kitchen. There was mold in the fridge, not enough toilet paper, rubbish left by the previous guests, and a very suspicious towel under my mattress. It really seemed like the owners weren’t checking the accommodation between guests.

Such a lovely setting on Gotland’s east coast, it feels almost Mediterranean. A real little gem.
