The breakfast buffet was there in the morning, and self check-in went smoothly. We had a great stay overall. The beds felt a little too soft, though. All good.

The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and other basics, giving the hotel a few hostel-like features. There's free parking and A/C charging for electric cars too. We stayed over the weekend, and the hotel sent very detailed directions for getting inside and collecting the keys during the late afternoon. It's in a calm, peaceful area, about a 15-minute drive from Luleå. Breakfast was basic but enough, with gluten-free items at a separate desk. The staff were professional and the hospitality was good.

It's a very basic place in a fairly old building. Fine for a short stay, but the breakfast is minimal, and at this price I'd usually expect a bigger, more comfortable room and a better breakfast.

The room was nice, and the location was quiet, but we were told breakfast was included. In the morning, the restaurant was closed, there was no breakfast, and nobody was on site. Someone on the phone tried to say breakfast was served in the restaurant. When more guests pointed out that everything was shut, we were told to file a complaint and would be compensated. Other guests said the same thing had happened on other weekdays.

The room was clean, but barely equipped, and had a dormitory feel.
