For a quick Stockholm trip on a budget, this is a great option. In mid-November, prices can be as low as 23€ a night, and it’ll be hard to find a better deal this close to the center, about a 30-minute walk away. Bed sheets and one towel are included. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and checkout times are very flexible if you arrange them in advance.

The staff are kind, and the equipment works, just works. There are sinks in the rooms, but the toilets are shared. Bring good earplugs if you can. Noise from the neighbours is hard to avoid, whether they’re in their rooms or not. It might be okay for younger people. I stayed at the end of spring, and I can imagine getting a good sleep could be rare in summer. The room wasn’t very warm, so I left the heater on all night. The mattress wasn’t thick enough either.

It was clean and cheap, with tiny rooms that weren’t the warmest. Still, we weren’t cold at all with the blankets they gave us. It’s a boat, after all. The staff were really friendly and gave us biscuits, chocolate, and tea. A pleasant stay!

The staff were really nice, but there wasn’t much they could do. After two nights, we came home sick and more tired than ever. This was the worst hotel experience. The room was literally freezing, and we couldn’t sleep. When we complained, the hotel staff gave us a longer cable to bring the heater closer. That seemed more dangerous than useful. There’s a nightclub boat right next to the hotel, playing really loud music with people yelling until 4am. If you do manage to fall asleep, noise from the corridors, other room doors, or staff cleaning rooms very early can wake you. Maybe the hotel could at least put up a sign asking people to be quiet in the corridor and careful with the doors. The location wasn’t great for us either. It’s at least a 20-minute walk to the nearest metro.
