The rooms were quite nice, but the service was abysmal. We had no codes for the gate or the door, and there were no contact details for the property, not even a phone number or email. After waiting outside for two hours, we managed to sort it out with help from agoda customer service.

The place was noisy, with bars and nightclubs nearby. Inside, the “apartments” were more like mini rental flats: a hallway with a table and four chairs, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, and a kettle, plus a tiny bedroom with a bed like a dog's crib. The shampoo, coffee, and tea promised in the ad weren't there. The advertising photos don't match reality, and this isn't a hotel. There's no sign anywhere, just a courtyard with several doors. It feels like a complete scam.

The apartment felt cozy, with good facilities and pleasant surroundings. It was fresh, and staff responded quickly when something needed fixing. I'd recommend it!
