The frukostbuffé was the best part by far. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, the waffle station turned out crispy waffles with soft centers, and the passion-fruit salad was a lovely surprise. For the breakfast alone, I’d give it 5 stars. Getting information beforehand was a struggle. We called at different times during regular working hours for two weeks and only got an answer once. Even then, the person we reached didn’t know the frukostbuffé opening hours for the 1st of January, just a few days away. We emailed our gift-card number and a request for the 2nd of January, making clear we only wanted the frukostbuffé, but the reply showed they’d taken it as a request to stay overnight. Great food, very frustrating communication. They could make this a top-tier experience by responding and reading messages more carefully.

Breakfast was the standout during my 3 day stay. There was a great range to choose from, though it didn’t change from day to day. The room was just okay, but I appreciated the upgrade. The location worked well too, with the central station and tourist sights within walking distance.

The staff were very polite, and we especially enjoyed breakfast. The room had a few spider webs in the corners, and we couldn’t adjust its temperature. The sauna is available for an extra charge.

I’d recommend staying here. My room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view, and the food was delicious. The hotel is a short walk from both the city center and the main train station, which made it easy to get around.

Getting around Malmö was easy from here, with the central station and the places I wanted to visit nearby. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. Making our own waffles was a fun extra. I’d recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Malmö ✨️
