I wanted to ask a simple question while trying to book an apartment for a three-week business trip, but the grumpy woman who answered didn't listen and just told me to call back two days later because it was the weekend. Yes, I called on a Saturday, and? It felt like a traditional cold Swedish reception: no respect for guests, no culture or etiquette, just military "equality". I went straight to an international hotel and don't plan to call these "hotels" or "apartments" again. The photos show a dusty, simple flat, supposedly their best pictures. If that's the welcome, I can imagine what staying there would be like. Best to avoid them.
