Scandic Grand Örebro

We needed somewhere to stay late at night because of an emergency, and they still had availability when many other places didn’t. The staff were kind, and the hotel also has underground parking, which was reassuring for keeping the car safe. The mocktails were tasty and not expensive, and the hotel was very clean and nice.

Elena Eftimovska and her colleagues at reception were so helpful. They found the jacket I’d left in the room, kept it at reception, and posted it to me. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I get the chance to visit the lovely city Örebro.

We could barely sleep because the room was so hot. Even with two fans running at their highest setting, there was no air conditioning. For a 4-star hotel, I expected better. It felt like a 4-star sauna.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. We were visiting friends in Örebro and stayed for one night. The room was fairly small, but the bed was really comfortable and it was quiet, so we slept well. The bathroom was small too, but clean, seemingly new, and had a great shower. Their own garage next door was handy for parking our hire car securely. We’d definitely stay again!
