The hotel is older, but it's a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are basic and very clean, and the staff are brilliant. We were two adults with three kids, and the hotel called ahead to check which beds we needed based on their ages, including a connecting room. Check-in was quick, the views over the area were amazing, and dinner at the restaurant was outstanding after a long day out. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean, the staff super kind, and the view amazing. Special thanks to rasmus. Breakfast was fresh and had a wide selection of local products. A lovely place to relax and explore the region, and one of the best hotels we've stayed in in Sweden. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful mini-honeymoon here after our wedding. Once the staff learned why we were visiting, he immediately upgraded us to a room with the best view. One morning at breakfast I lost an earring. It wasn't expensive, but it was a Valentine's gift from my husband. One of the staff found the tiny thing and returned it to me, which I never expected. We made fantastic memories and would love to come back, maybe for our first anniversary.

Helena at reception was so helpful and friendly, and our room was warm and comfortable with a spacious bed. We had a lovely night here, including a great sauna and jacuzzi. Dinner in the restaurant was outstanding, with the same welcoming service from the staff. Breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from and plenty of gluten-free options. A great stay.

The lake is within walking distance, and the surrounding area is amazing. Breakfast was great, and there are all sorts of games and a pool table in the lobby. What a view.
