The services for Vasaloppets week were really well organized, including the bus and food. It’s also a great place to stay, with a very kind, helpful host and a good central base for exploring Dalarna.

Suzanne was so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was immaculate. The place sits on a hill with a lovely view over Siljan. I’d definitely come back!

Breakfast and the pasta dinner were delicious, and just right for getting ready for the race. My friends and I spent three nights at Lustigsgården for Vasaloppet, and Susanne and Tomas made us feel completely at home. They’re incredibly kind and welcoming. Our rooms were cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. Highly recommended!

Parking was easy, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff were really helpful with our visit to Dalhalla, and went out of their way at breakfast to make sure my vegetarian partner was accommodated. A lovely place to spend a few days.

The hosts were fantastic and so helpful, and the pasta dinner was delicious, just what we needed for carbo-loading. We stayed three nights at Lustigsgården during Vasaloppet and had a great time. Breakfast was amazing too. I’d definitely recommend it for a stay in Rättvik, though maybe even more without 90k on skis!
