We live in Jönköping and would eat here whenever we get the chance. The food is fresh and high quality, easily one of the best meals Sweden has to offer, like dining at a fancy five-star restaurant.

The team here is top notch and super lovely. You get a typical camping and cabin kind of experience, with cabins or rooms and meals available. Those details can vary, though, so good luck, and you can probably read more about them elsewhere.

The food is really good for the price, and it comes with free salad and coffee. The restaurant has lots of room, including outdoor dining, and there are plenty of hand sanitizer bottles around. Glad to see the place made it through the pandemic.

There's even a swimming pool, though it isn't mentioned on the website. The food is homemade and good quality, with very reasonable prices. The hostess is efficient, even if she doesn't always smile. It's a restful, very pleasant spot, and I'd happily come back anytime. Highly recommend.

The food is the part I'd skip. Since Tallhöjden lodge is the only restaurant in town apart from the pizzeria, its prices are steep, about 50-100% more than in Stockholm. The quirky decor is what makes it charming and different. Sture G. Ohlsson, a former rowing champion and furniture designer, founded it in 1936. The place is packed with furniture and ceramics he made by hand, along with assorted things he picked up on his travels.
