For the price, both the room and breakfast were decent. Getting around is the catch: the hotel feels very isolated, so you need a car or an Uber/taxi. The savings on the room can end up going toward transport.

The room was spotless and quiet, with a fridge and microwave, and breakfast was really good. There was also a gym guests could use for free. We stayed four nights while visiting Stockholm and had a really good time. The location takes some effort, though. We walked about 20 minutes to the bus and train terminal every day, which was manageable if you like walking. We even walked to the town center once, around 1 hour 45 minutes, and thought it was worth it. We'd happily recommend the hotel.

The facilities weren't the main issue for me, it was where the hotel is. Without a car, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Google Maps puts the nearest train station 20 minutes away on foot, but getting there means crossing an industrial area and walking beside a motorway. There are no fans, so we had to leave the windows open overnight. That brought in a lot of noise from the motorway and the truck depot, where trucks load through the night. Bring earplugs. A car fixes the access problem, but not the nighttime noise.

We got good value compared with the hotels we looked at in Stockholm, though the trip into town took some work. It was a 12-minute walk through a lorry park to the bus stop, then another 30 minutes to the center. After a full day of sightseeing, that felt tiring. The room was large, clean and very quiet, with a good-sized bathroom and comfortable beds. They cleaned it every two days and changed the towels if we wanted. Breakfast was all-you-can-eat, and the staff were polite and helpful. My son used the gym, while my daughter and I went to the sauna each evening. We didn't see anyone else there all week. There's also a large playroom with table tennis and basic toys for toddlers.
