Best Western Plus Park City Hammarby Sjöstad Hotel

The rooms were clean, but the pillows were too soft for a good night's sleep, and the hotel is far from downtown. The website claimed there was a gym, but what they actually offer is a two-hour pass to a 24/7 gym across the street, and only for guests over 18. So we couldn't train with our teens. The parking claim was misleading too: there are only a few spots, they can't be reserved, and apparently you're meant to spend the day in Stockholm waiting for one in the garage to open. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it if you have kids or a car. Very disappointed, especially because I'd thought Best Western meant a quality stay without problems.

Breakfast was outstanding, and we slept very well in the room. Check-in was quick, and the staff were really nice and helpful. There was good parking in the area.

The room was clean, cozy, and roomy enough, and the staff were nice. For parking, you can use the hotel garage for an extra fee, or park on the street, where there's also a daytime charge. It was a good stay, and I'd recommend the place.

My personal invoices were handed to another guest without my permission. That's a serious privacy breach and completely unacceptable for a hotel chain like Best Western. The hotel also gave wrong information about my reservations. I had booked everything under my own name through different platforms and used my personal discounts, yet another guest was led to believe the bookings were all under his name. It caused unnecessary confusion and stress. If the details had been checked carefully, this could have been avoided. I expect much better professionalism and data protection from an international brand, and hope management takes this seriously so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
