We booked three nights because the price seemed like great value, and it turned out to be a good choice. Fridhem station is practically right outside, and breakfast had enough variety for different tastes. On our last morning we had to leave before breakfast, so I asked reception about a snack to take along. They brought one to our room just minutes later. The reception staff were really friendly and capable.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was fairly quiet. Our room at the back faced a parking area where cars could occasionally be heard; front rooms look onto a street and may get more noise. Cleaning is arranged every four days, though reception can organize it sooner, and they'll provide extra towels if you ask. The room felt cramped for two, with little wardrobe and hanging space. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, but no minibar. The smart TV had few channels, and Wi-Fi was average. Breakfast was tasty and enough to get started, even if the selection was limited. It seemed to be underway before the posted start time: on a weekend when it said 8:00, the room was full by 8:05, so going early may help. The metro station is about a minute away, literally just below the building. Reception is open limited hours, 8:00-19:00 on weekdays and 9:00-16:00 on weekends. It didn't cause us a problem, but useful to know.

The check-in was straightforward thanks to the instructions they sent, even though I was a little unsure when I heard reception wasn't open all day. The hotel is clean and well placed near the city center and main tourist sights. The staff were amazing, and for us it was the right choice in Stockholm.

We were really happy with the service. The room was clean, and the metro is only about half a minute away on foot. The staff were so friendly and looked after us when my friend got sick. We felt we were in good hands. Thank you!

A really good hotel and very close to the subway. Just two things to know: reception is only open until 3 o'clock, and there isn't a toilet you can use freely by reception. There is one, but you need a pincode.
