A clean, quiet, centrally located AirBnb in Stockholm’s old town, with plenty of room for three couples or a family of four to six. Restaurants, museums, the harbor and lots of shopping are close by, and you can walk to everything Stockholm offers. One thing to plan for: cars and cabs can’t come through, so you’ll need to haul your luggage over the cobblestones. It isn’t too far. Enjoy!

A cozy place in the middle of historic Gamlastan Island, surrounded by reminders of Sweden’s royal past. You can get everywhere on foot, and traffic won’t keep you awake since cars are only allowed through the narrow streets at strictly set times. I’d recommend staying here for a glimpse of Sweden’s greatest historical period.

Five of us stayed and everyone had their own space. The apartment has a lovely kitchen, beautiful floors, and a TV with Netflix. It’s modern but has antiques, and the rooms are beautifully furnished with everything we needed. Cafes and shops are an easy walk away. I can’t say enough about this beautiful building from the 1600s.

Perseus Apartment sits in a quiet corner of Stockholm’s historic center, close to the main sights. The apartment is elegant and peaceful, with a Scandinavian look that balances style and comfort. Its kitchen was a highlight: spotless, modern and stocked with everything we needed. We’d happily stay again, though the living room’s darkening curtain needs fixing. Our ground-floor apartment needed it during the short summer nights. A clear recommendation.

We stayed in 'Grace', which was spacious and super clean. With the windows closed, it was almost silent at night. Open them and you’ll hear some city noise, but that comes with being in town. The shower was lovely, and having a washing machine was handy. It’s about a five-minute walk to Gamla Stan metro. There are 38 steps up to the apartment, though I think there are some ground-floor options for anyone less mobile. A perfect stay for us.
