Sure Hotel Studio by Best Western Bromma

I booked a room with a window, but they moved me to one without any explanation. The room was cramped all night, especially arriving in summer, with no ventilation or AC. There was nobody at reception, so you have to call to check in. Getting downtown is a hassle too, with a bus ride and then a metro transfer.

The worst part was a party in one of the rooms last night. People were yelling, hitting and fighting, running through the halls, and trying several doors. I couldn't sleep. I called the receptionist, but nothing happened for an hour, so we had to call the police ourselves. It made the place feel unsafe, especially with nobody stepping in. I also couldn't find the reception that the hotel information says should be staffed from 12:00-20:00. I've been here several days and it has been closed every time. When I called the service line, they said the hotel doesn't have a reception. Why does the lobby say there is one? The booking says rooms are cleaned daily, but that didn't happen, even after I put the please-clean-the-room note on the door. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen, and it took until the next day to get clean towels. The receptionist couldn't give me a logical answer when I called. And the breakfast? There wasn't any in the dining room when I checked on Sunday or Monday during the stated hours. The receptionist said it was in the vending machine, which had an old sandwich and a Red Bull, with no other choices. At first I was surprised in a good way because the place looked just like the pictures. I started out giving it five stars, but things only went downhill from there. This was my last stay, and I wouldn't recommend it, even though it's cheaper than other options.

There was no AC in our room, just in the hallway, despite the hotel's website saying they'd provide it. The room had odd stains throughout, and the kettle still had water left by the previous guests. Breakfast was from a vending machine. Nobody was at the hotel reception during our three-night stay from Friday to Monday, except on the day we arrived. They also didn't clean the room daily, only after arrival and before leaving.

Nothing works and everything's broken. The whole place is extremely bad, and the corridors feel creepy. There's no security or staff around. I'd tell people to stay away, especially a woman traveling alone.
