MS. Joelle was especially helpful when I arrived and happened to be working reception. She kindly sorted out everything I needed to feel prepared and rested for a very important meeting the next day. The staff were the most welcoming, friendly, professional, and helpful I’ve experienced. The rooms are tidy and nice, with what you need available. If you want a strategic spot in Stockholm, this is a good hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit.

July at reception made check-in really pleasant. She was very nice and helpful, and explained places to see. Our room faced the courtyard, so it was quiet, and it was clean and nice. The hot shower worked fine. Breakfast set us up well for a day of sightseeing in Stockholm. 😁
10/10
The breakfast had lots of fresh things to choose from, and the service was top notch, with friendly staff. It’s a cozy place within walking distance of the metro. My single room was a bit small, but fine for one night and what I needed.
8/10
For a budget stay, the location is great for the price. My room was clean and quiet, with nice bedclothes and a warm floor in the shower room. The staff seemed a little under-trained. One young woman greeting guests while sitting at a guest table struck me as a bit bizarre.
2/10
The reception was quite friendly, but breakfast was below average, low quality, and nothing special. My room was small, tucked under the roof, and clean, but it had no window. There wasn’t really hot water, only sometimes warm, so it seems best to avoid showering at peak time.
