A perfectly okay hotel in Umeå. The location is perfect, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were fine, though rooms are basic, run quite warm, and could use extra pillows, shampoo, and conditioner. Breakfast was basic but enough to keep you from being hungry. It would be nice to have croissants or pancakes on weekdays too, not just weekends, and the coffee should be hotter. They also don't serve breakfast earlier on Saturdays or Sundays, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

The location felt central for most things, and the rooms were very nice. I especially loved the breakfast buffet, with so many choices even for people with dietary restrictions.

A nice stay in a clean, comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff. The location is excellent, right in the center.

10/10
The rooms were tidy and welcoming, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection, from croissants and ginger shots to fruit salad, and the staff there were welcoming and professional. Waking up to the best view in town was lovely. My stay was better than good, and I'll definitely be back.
