I especially liked the spiced Christmas bread at breakfast, which was delicious and had everything I wanted. The room was cosy, clean, tidy, and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the window was of the Hemköp supermarket, where you could see people shopping. I’ll stay here again.

We could see straight into a department store from our room, which gave us a good laugh 😂. It didn’t spoil anything, though. The room was clean and good, the location was very convenient, and breakfast in the morning was nice.

The central location was handy, the price was OK, and the staff at the entrance were friendly. Check-in and checkout were straightforward. Our window looked onto the indoor shopping center, so it couldn’t be opened. The room felt stuffy and was a bit hard to breathe in. The double bed was actually two singles pushed together, which was awkward at times but not a dealbreaker. There was some black, rice-like food left on the green bed cover, which wasn’t pleasant. I thought there was no hair dryer, but it was in the room, just tucked away. Breakfast was good too.

The location right in the city center was perfect, and the underground parking was really convenient. Using the hotel’s QR code cost less than the parking app. Staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. The cleaning staff were cheerful and attentive, and one of them kindly helped us when we looked a little lost downstairs in the morning. There was a balloon stuck to the ceiling, which was funny but no big deal. Breakfast looked delicious. We were very satisfied with the stay! 😊

The breakfast buffet had a huge selection and was excellent. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and being able to check in early with all our luggage was a big help. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
