Tummens B & B

Breakfast arrived at our door in a cute basket full of delicious, tasty treats, and it was a lovely, healthy start to the day. My husband and I stayed in the tummens room, just a minute from the city center. It was such a cozy, beautiful place to spend the night. Everything smelled clean, the shampoo and other things provided were great quality, and the room’s style and decor felt really special. I definitely recommend it!

The location was awesome, the bed was clean, the artwork was nice, and there were USB ports in the room. We didn’t try the TV, but there was one, and we could park right outside. Breakfast was okay. We knew the room would be small, but the bathroom still surprised us with how tiny it was. The bathroom needs some attention. The towel rack and one of the sink cabinet doors were broken, and the shower, curtain, and floor needed a proper scrub. I usually shower every day but skipped it that morning. The room itself needed a thorough clean too: cobwebs hung from the ceiling, the corners needed wiping, and what looked like candle wax had dripped by the main window and been left there. There was dust everywhere. Around the kettle it looked like someone dusted around objects, and the main light fixture needed cleaning. There’s hardly any lighting for putting on makeup, so bring your own. If the cleaning had been better, we’d have given it a 4. A clean room is expected at this price, and basic cleanliness shouldn’t be missing.

The service was even better than the already perfect location. This was a wonderful B&B, with a fantastic place to stay and a very good, complete breakfast brought right to our door in the morning. Highly recommended!

A fancy touch for a bed and breakfast, with cozy rooms, comfy beds, a good breakfast, and everything nearby. There was some confusion over the four-bed room, which is actually an apartment with one double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
