We arrived around 7pm after cycling from Stockholm, with the fortress tour behind us and dinner nearly over by the time we’d cleaned up. The lovely host and her team welcomed us, offered a private tour without being asked, and even extended dinner service for us. That hospitality was above and beyond. The room, breakfast, dinner, and landscapes were all wonderful. We had ribeye and fish, plus a few appetizers and drinks, and everything was delicious. I wish we’d booked more nights. Can’t wait to come back, even though we live far away in California.

Ships pass right beside you, with a direct view out to sea. The staff were warm and courteous, the food delicious, and the rooms spotless. This place is so special that I still can’t find words to do it justice. I can’t wait to return and stay longer.

For my love’s birthday, I surprised them with a stay here, and it was a hit. The rooms were clean and super cute, and the whole place had a romantic atmosphere. We picnicked on the cliff surrounded by beautiful nature, watching the liners go by. I’d definitely recommend that. Dinner came with delicious food and wine, and having breakfast outside was pure bliss. Recommended ❤️

Dinner here is a must if you’re visiting Stockholm. The food and service were amazing, and the glass house has clearly been thought through down to every detail. It’s an incredibly romantic experience. The setting is a quiet old fort above the water and town, with a breathtaking view, now converted into a B&B.
