I was unsure where to book in Visby, so I went with Kalk Hotel after reading earlier reviews. It turned out even better than I'd expected. They did all they could to make the stay enjoyable and took care of every request so well. Breakfast had loads of choices and was excellent. I just wish I could've stayed longer.

Breakfast at Kalk Hotel was the highlight, honestly. It's hard to explain, you have to try it. Our top-floor superior room was cozy, with a good bed and bathroom, though the shower felt a little small for someone my size. The location makes it easy to walk around Visby's old town. Photos show the view from our room, and I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

We loved the little balcony and its lovely views, and the location was spot on. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We stayed for two nights and rented two hotel bikes for 24 hours, which made it fun to ride up the coast and explore farther out. Highly recommend.

We always end up choosing Kalk when we're in Visby. It's close to the sea, the beds are really comfortable, and breakfast is a favorite. The staff are helpful too.
