Visby Gustavsvik

The beach is nearby and lovely, with nature reserves and trails around it, just what I was looking for. I stayed in a double room listed as "close to the sea" and liked it a lot. It was small and cute, with a very comfortable bed. Linens, towels, bathrobes, and a hair dryer were provided, but there was no body wash or shampoo. I had expected USB wall outlets, but there weren't any.

We booked a four-room cabin here by chance and enjoyed the peaceful, beautiful surroundings and fresh air. It's a little far from town, grocery stores, and the bus stop, but manageable. The rooms were clean, and there are big open spaces for kids to play sports and go for walks. The sauna, shared washing machines, and grilling areas were welcome facilities. If we come to Visby again, we might stay here. Bring your own rugs or mats if you plan to cook often.

A relaxing place with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. It's dog friendly, with large grounds for walks, and there's a beach area across the road.

The rooms and location were lovely, and the kitchen had enough dishes and utensils. Heating worked well, and we felt secure throughout our stay. We enjoyed our visit, though the service rating is lower because this was a service apartment with no service option. We had to leave the room as we found it, which meant giving it a very thorough clean before checkout and took away a bit from the vacation feel.
