I was there for three weeks, and the way my room cleaning was handled was disappointing. After air conditioner servicing in the room, I asked for room service. The cleaner assigned to it said she was tired after doing many rooms and asked to come the next day. I agreed, but she didn’t come because she was on leave. I was told the room had been cleaned, though only the bed covers had been changed. When I raised it with the administration, nothing was done and I didn’t receive an apology. The experience with both housekeeping and administration left me unhappy.

For a short trip, the stay was acceptable. The hotel is easy to reach and close to a bus station, but the room is very compact, with space for little more than a suitcase. The in-room amenities are fairly complete, though there’s no refrigerator. Given the size and facilities, the price felt high.

Please don’t stay at this 274 suites. The room was horrible, and the housekeeper’s attitude was unacceptable. She kept denying that the bedsheet was dirty and wasn’t doing her job well. The staff weren’t friendly at all. I’d rather spend my money on a better hotel than waste it on these poor quality suites.

The rooms are tiny, and the walls are so thin you can hear someone snoring or even shaving next door. You get what you pay for. On the plus side, the price and location were good, and the staff were helpful.

There’s no lobby reception, and everything has to be handled through WhatsApp. The room is compact with no space for luggage, and there are no slippers, blower or closet. The lavatory is beside the bed rather than inside the restroom. There’s no complimentary bottled water, though you can get hot water from the pantry. The shower room was spacious, clean and good. The place is close to bus transport, including bus 36, and to primary schools and the Church of the Holy Family. i12kratong mall, fair price mart, select and 711 are fairly nearby, as are restaurants for dining out.
