Our guests noticed how smoothly the banquet ran, how attentive the staff were, and how good the whole experience felt. The coordination on the day was seamless, so our families and we could enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics or surprises. We held our wedding banquet at Aloft hotel, and the team was wonderful from planning through the event itself. Owen, Nicholas, May Tan, and Anson were professional, patient, responsive, and friendly, with a real eye for detail. They were always ready to go the extra mile, and it was clear they cared about making the day memorable. The service was impeccable. We’d happily recommend the hotel to couples looking for a venue with a professional banquet team. Thank you for making our wedding such a special occasion.

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the pool was beautifully designed and safe for kids. We also made good use of the self-service coin laundry. The hotel is a little way from the nearest MRT, but there’s a frequent shuttle that can fit the passengers comfortably. A mall connected to the hotel has a few restaurants, a food court, a grocery store, and a convenience store. As a loyal Bonvoy member, this is the kind of hospitality I’d wish for at every brand. Everyone I met was genuine and made an extra effort to keep us comfortable. Ms Lina and the rest of the team were simply amazing.

We were out exploring every day and mostly came back to sleep, but it was lovely to return to a comfortable room and be greeted by such friendly staff. The views are gorgeous too. We were upgraded from the East wing to the West wing, which we really appreciated. Check-in and checkout were quick. The staff were super friendly, courageous, and professional. Zack and Maria at breakfast were exceptional. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed, plus more. The lounge was nice, and the pool was a great bonus, especially with its size and how uncrowded it stayed. Breakfast was sumptuous and varied, with dishes from many cuisines. We stayed 12 nights and only used the gym once. Highly recommend, and I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great stay and service.

Jiayan Hiu helped us figure out the local bus routes and patiently explained how the system works, so we could get around Singapore on our own. On a rainy day he also lent us umbrellas, and when he realized transport options would be limited, he arranged a taxi so we wouldn’t be stranded. His thoughtfulness and initiative made a real difference. We stayed at Aloft Singapore, and Jiayan was warm, attentive, and genuinely keen to make our visit special. He carefully planned sightseeing with us and shared useful recommendations. He’s a real asset to the Aloft team, and we hope management recognizes what a great ambassador he is.
