Arena Suites

We were there very early, and what started as a simple bag drop turned into room service. By the time we got back, our bags had already been taken to the rooms. That was lovely, thanks!

I went there for a wedding and didn't book or see any hotel rooms, so my rating is just for the ballroom. The venue is quite far away, though it does have a shuttle bus. There are also other food places in the area to check out.

The lift is broken, and nobody seems to be fixing it. Even so, the place is still not bad. Thank you.

The way the venue handled our wedding was deeply disappointing, especially for an occasion that mattered so much to us. Management was confrontational and unwilling to accommodate us, including the night before and on the day itself. I felt they gave priority to clients who spent more. Elwin Mun, the event manager, was dismissive, difficult to work with and showed little empathy. Poor coordination left us stressed and affected the start of what should have been a joyful morning. I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone planning a special day.
