The people were really polite and nice, and everything was close by. My room was small but cute. It was meant to be non-smoking, but I think the previous guest had smoked in it, so they should have waited for the smell to fade before renting it again. Room service wasn't very clean, and there was no hot water for two days. I still enjoyed my stay overall.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was clean and worked well. I booked the wrong arrival date by a day and, with no rooms free elsewhere, ended up here after a long flight in an emergency. Check-in was quick, and the staff were efficient, though not especially friendly. The room was extremely tiny, with only one place where I could open my luggage. It worked for an emergency, but staying more than one night would be a problem.

We spent three weeks here, and the rooms were mostly quiet and clean. The staff were outstanding. A special thanks to Joe, Linda, and Li Hong, who made our stay so memorable.

The room walls were so thin I could hear every little sound from the neighbors, and there was no privacy. The rooms were tiny and cramped, and the bathroom was laughably small, though at least it was clean. Front desk staff were hostile, shouted at guests, and treated me like a nuisance when I asked for help or basic courtesy. There was no professionalism at all. This place is a complete joke, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants a decent stay.
