K Hotel Aliwal (Premier)

The location was ideal, but that was the only good part of my stay at K Hotel Aliwal. The room was dusty and moldy, and people kept trying to get in. With such thin walls, there was no privacy and the noise was a major problem. Service was mediocre, and the hallway had a decrepit feel. Overall, I was disappointed.

The place smelled awful, and there was hair on the floor. Our small room, which wouldn’t have been a problem by itself, was extremely dirty and had no window for ventilation. It could be reached through a door outside the lobby. The sheets had no cover, and the corridor paint was peeling. I’m pretty sure I saw mould there too. Worst experience ever, don’t go.

I booked in a hurry because I trusted Agoda, and not checking the reviews first was a HUGE MISTAKE. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the facilities smelled and were dirty. The room was supposed to be 20 square meters. Compared with my new hotel room nearby, which is 26 square meters, there’s an obvious big difference. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If I could give minus stars, I would!

The receptionist was rude, made excuses whenever I asked for something, and even raised her voice and yelled when I needed help. When I complained that the door lock was broken, she said the place was very secure and didn’t need a lock. She then told me I could email a complaint about her because she didn’t care. The room was super dirty and old, the hotel was nasty and stinky, the AC didn’t work, and the lock was broken. The website pictures felt like a scam. I booked through travelkola, and the whole experience was so bad that I regret spending my time and money there. It’s the biggest regret in my whole life, which is why I’m writing this to warn people. Please don’t come here, you’ll regret it.
