We treated ourselves to a Gold Club room during our three day stopover in Singapore, and the Fairmont made the whole stay feel special. When we arrived, staff greeted us in the lobby and escorted us to the dedicated check-in desk. Happy Hour had just started, so they seated us, offered drinks and choices from the buffet, and checked us in while we relaxed. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The room was stylish and comfortable, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was huge and spotless. Everything we needed was there. We had lunch at Prego the next day, and loved the decor, service, and food. We had such a good stay that we'd happily return. Thanks to all the management and staff, we look forward to our next visit.

We had a fantastic dinner buffet at Fairmount Singapore for my wife's birthday. The chilli crab and pengat durian were especially delicious, and the food was topped up at just the right times. The staff were excellent, particularly the manager, who was friendly and helpful. He even sang a birthday song with a cake. With their help we also managed to retrieve our lost phone. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

James made the Fairmont Gold Lounge at Fairmont Singapore feel especially welcoming. As a solo guest, I appreciated how attentive he was without hovering. He kept my glass topped up, noticed what I might need before I asked, and made time for genuinely thoughtful conversation. He also knew the lounge offerings well and paid attention to the little details. Warm and professional throughout, he’s a real credit to the Fairmont Gold experience.

Nym helped us get two rooms booked for different dates onto the same floor, which made things much easier. This was another pleasant stay after several visits, and her service was exceptional. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The rooms were comfortable, and some parts of the hotel have great views over the city, Marina Bay Sands, and the waterfront. Staff were kind and professional throughout. The location is handy too, with City Hall MRT right below and a shopping centre connected to the building, plus plenty of places nearby. I’d recommend staying here and would come back.
