Cockroaches were in the room, and the run-down rooms had dirty bathrooms. They need to put some effort into cleaning the place and getting the bugs under control. Then it wouldn’t be so disappointing.

Room 602 was small but okay for me, and the location was good. The shower heater didn’t work, and neither did the TV, though I don’t know how long it had been that way. There was no shampoo or shower gel unless you asked. The kettle was rusted, and the bed felt fragile and needs replacing. I’d definitely prefer a better-quality 3 Stars hotel stay.

The receptionist on our first day was rude and unhelpful. We arrived early from the airport and waited about 3 hours for the permitted check-in time, which was fine. We were told the room wasn’t ready yet. But when they finally called us to reception to check in, the receptionist only then began the paperwork, which took quite a while. The hotel wasn’t busy, so I feel that could have been done during the 3 hours we were waiting in the reception area. We were there about 3 weeks ago, and nothing has changed. The place is still infested with cockroaches. Cleaning is superficial and very poor. Some parts of the room were dusty and hadn’t even been wiped, and I’m not sure proper cleaning detergents were used, or even a vacuum. I only saw a broom on the cleaner’s trolley. There’s no way we’ll return to this filthy hotel.

The sanitation was very bad, with cockroaches everywhere. Management initially let my friend move to a new room after she saw cockroaches in the first one, but the second room was infested too.
