This was my second stay at the Carlton, and I love coming back. The staff are wonderful, friendly, caring and attentive, and the cleanliness is excellent throughout. There’s lots of delicious food to choose from. Our Room Attendant, Stefany, is an excellent worker and a real asset to the company. She’s also very caring and honest, and readily helped us whenever we needed it. Thank you, Stefany, for being such a genuine and caring person.👏🫶

We had a wonderful stay at Carlton Hotel Singapore and couldn’t have asked for a better start to our trip. The room was spotless, comfortable and wonderfully quiet after a long flight, and housekeeping kept it in top shape throughout. From arrival, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful, without being intrusive. The hotel is central, walkable and well connected by MRT. Marina Bay, Bugis and many key sights are easy to get to, while the hotel itself feels calm and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide international selection and very high quality. Carlton Hotel Singapore combines comfort, professionalism and a warm atmosphere. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The staff were kind, helpful and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The room was comfortable, well equipped and carefully set up for guests, and the beds were extremely cozy and made for a restful stay. The accommodation was easy to reach and in a perfect location. The view from the window was exceptional and a real highlight. I was very satisfied with the experience and would gladly return. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay with good equipment, a great location and a stunning view.

We were really happy staying here. Our room was quiet, clean, and big enough for our family of 3, including all our things and the baby cot. Daily room cleaning was great. The location is right across from the raffle city mall and MRT city hall station, and taxis come to the hotel regularly. Bell service was wonderful too. Some people say breakfast isn’t great, but I thought it was alright. There was a noodle and egg station, fruit and vegetables, some Asian food, Eastern food and cereal. It was enough for us.

I had a pleasant 2 night stay at Carlton Hotel Singapore. The room was modern, comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel has a gym, pool and several dining options. It’s very well located, within walking distance of MRT stations and attractions like CHIJMES and Raffles City. A great Singapore stay for work or leisure, highly recommended.
