We found the location convenient and not too noisy, and I really enjoyed spending time in the pantry and lobby. The room wasn’t very big, but it was comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, especially the washroom, and it was the best windowless room I’ve ever stayed in: there wasn’t any odd or unpleasant smell. The price doubled over New Year, but it was still very good value. Staff gave us such a warm welcome and made a great first impression. I’d recommend it to friends and family coming to Singapore.

The location is exceptional, and I’d definitely come back. I spent four nights here on my own and was very happy. It was cleaner and more comfortable than many pricier places. My small room had natural light, though I couldn’t open the windows or shutters, and came with a desk, mini fridge, tea and coffee making, and a TV. The bathroom was spacious, and reception staff were very friendly. There’s a small pantry. The coffee shop was closed during my visit, but I loved the complimentary yoga classes nearby.

The service was good, and they even moved me to a quiet room, which I was grateful for. The location and facilities are nice, and I really wanted to give this hotel five stars. But the toilet smell was so strong it filled my room and kept me awake on the last of my four nights. Sorry, bro, it ruined that final night. I just have to get through until tomorrow. God bless.

For the price, I’m not sure there’s a better option in Singapore. The staff were kind and helpful, and my room was quiet and comfortable. I loved staying here and can’t wait to come back.
