Sofitel Sentosa Singapore Hotel

Breakfast was a lovely start to each day at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa. The choice was fantastic, with lots of fresh, high-quality food, and Wendy, Audrey, Ni Ni, and Peter made it even better. They were warm, attentive, and welcoming every morning, and their care made us feel valued. The resort is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes it feel like an escape from the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The service throughout our stay was incredible. Everything was outstanding from beginning to end.

The property is stunning, but the people are what make Sofitel Sentosa special. They showed genuine care and treated us like individuals rather than room numbers. I’ve stayed at many luxury properties, and this service really is in a league of its own. We can't wait to return. The personal attention was remarkable. Staff greeted me by name whether I was going to breakfast or getting a late-night drink, which made the stay feel like coming home. At Kwee Zeen, the team was warm and attentive, seeming to anticipate what I needed. Each meal felt like a special occasion. We also spent several evenings at Le Bar, where the staff's friendly, familiar manner made for such a relaxed, upscale atmosphere that we looked forward to going back each day. It wasn't only the amenities that stood out, but the people who went above and beyond to make us welcome.

Penny and Jeffery at Kwee Zeen made our holiday feel personal with their warm, thoughtful service. The concierge and reception teams were just as welcoming, and everyone was genuinely friendly and ready to help. The Sofitel Singapore Sentosa itself was peaceful and relaxing, and the food was incredible. We had a really special stay, and we'll recommend the resort to friends and family. Thanks to the whole team. See you again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Sentosa, largely thanks to the warm service from the Concierge and F&B teams. Hafiz at Concierge, Kristie at LeBar, if I remember her name right, and Pamela, Julie, and Samuel at Kwee Zeen were all lovely. We were greeted with genuine smiles, and they were always happy to help. One part of the visit fell short: the woman at Front Office who handled our check-in and check-out. I can't remember her name, though the hotel should be able to find it in its PMS records. She didn't smile or greet us, and when we came to the desk once, she just said, “Yes??” That felt disappointing and below what I'd expect at a five-star hotel, especially next to the professionalism and warmth of the other teams. Our stay was still a pleasure, and we appreciate the rest of the staff. We were there 21-24 February 2026.
