The staff were really friendly, and the room was quiet with a big, comfortable bed. The place is near good tourist spots in Chinatown, Singapore, and the waiting area was nice. I liked it a lot and would recommend it to others.

The Chinatown location made everything easy, with the MRT, bus station, Seven Eleven, and lots of food stalls nearby. I stayed two nights, my first time in a capsule hotel, and it was top notch. The room smelled good and was clean, and even in a shared room, privacy was maintained. The lobby was clean too, with space to eat and chat. Bathrooms were very clean, though the only amenities were soap and a towel, so bring your own toiletries. Staff were lovely, especially one very kind and friendly female staff member. They’re available 24/7, so late check-in isn’t a worry. Breakfast was simple but fine: cereal, milk, toast with different jams, and tea or coffee. It’s served in a separate building, and staff show you the way. Comfortable and good value for a budget hostel, I’d recommend it.

The showers were dated and broken, and there was nowhere to dry the towels they gave us. People left them indoors by their beds, which made a really bad, bothersome smell. I stayed in a mixed dorm on the ground floor. It was dark, quiet, and cool, so sleeping was easy. The price and location were good, quite close to Chinatown station. Reception was friendly and let me leave my luggage while I went out.

My dorm was upstairs on the second floor, so you have to climb some stairs with luggage. Breakfast was very basic and served a short walk away at the neighboring hostel, but that was manageable. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the MRT, and the rooms and washroom were clean. Staff were helpful, and everything else was good.
