Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Jurong

The best part is the free shuttle service to Sentosa Island. There are nice malls, restaurants, and a few shops within walking distance, and local transport is easy to reach on foot. The hotel is very clean, the staff are good and helpful, and the food is good too. They use vegetable oil for frying, though pure vegetarian options are very limited.

The ballroom on level one works for larger weddings, while the solemnization spot is just outside the function room. We held both our solemnization and wedding here, and it suited us perfectly since we wanted somewhere private and cosy without too much fuss. Ms Joanne helped arrange everything we asked for, Mr Jun Le was attentive on the day, and Mr Edmund was great at solving problems. I'd recommend it to couples looking for that kind of setting.

For four days straight, my company held a conference here and the staff looked after us really well. The rooms were neat and clean, and the food was creative. When some attendees couldn't eat beef, the hotel quickly changed the dish to chicken. I honestly hadn't expected that level of service, and it changed my impression of the hotel. Big thanks to Evangeline (Corporate Room), Shawn and Jun Le (Event), and everyone else whose names I didn't catch. Please keep up the good work.

I stayed for around five weeks, and the service was good across the board. Reception was kind and helpful, thanks Reynaldo and Pop!, and housekeeping kept things very neat and careful. Maintenance and catering were good too. I ate at Festive Cafe many times and always enjoyed the menu, the clean space, its arrangement, the fruit selection and the service from the capable, friendly team. Thanks to Edmund, Dawn, Ahmed, Elmi, Siew Hua, Siew Lan, Anna, Jun, Kitt, Shida, Lucas and the others for being patient and kind while helping with all those meals.
