The location was great, and the price felt well worth it for the service. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the cozy room felt like home. I asked for two extra pillows at night, and the receptionist arranged them happily. I also left my charger behind, and they kindly kept it for me. Really appreciate that. I’ll definitely come back!

The city view was lovely, and the room was comfortable for us. Erick was so helpful and cheerful, and the Indian staff member was friendly too. Thanks to him and everyone there for making our stay more memorable. I loved the service so much. Thank you 💗💗💗💗💗

Aaron and the rest of the team were easy to approach and really accommodating, which made the stay more comfortable. The hotel was clean and in a handy location, with a 7-Eleven right beside Fragrance Hotel - Classic for snacks or anything we needed. They also provided complimentary bottled water generously, more than just two bottles.

I checked in at 3am with my toddler and needed to leave by 7, so Eric kindly arranged a wake-up call that stopped me from oversleeping. I’d also run into problems with my Agoda booking, and he helped me sort them out. When I realized I’d forgotten my phone charger, he brought out a case of cables for me to pick from. Thanks for making a rough day easier 😃

Eric and the other staff were friendly and accommodating, and made the stay feel more pleasant. The hotel was clean and conveniently located, with a 7-Eleven right next door for picking up snacks or essentials.
