Everyone who looked after us was warm and welcoming, and we really appreciated the Atrium Team’s hospitality. Our special requests were handled promptly over email and carried out flawlessly during the stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the buffet had something for everyone, including vegetarians. After a full-day excursion, the restaurant accommodated us late one night, which we appreciated. For our early flights, they also provided takeaway breakfast. And on rainy days, they gave all ten of us an umbrella. We had a splendid stay and hope to see you soon!

The team’s attention to detail and smooth coordination made our wedding dinner feel relaxed and memorable. The ballroom was elegant, well organized, and set a warm tone for the evening. Guests complimented the excellent food, with every dish thoughtfully prepared. Our hotel stay was just as pleasant, with a convenient location and a clean, comfortable, inviting room with tasteful decor. Thank you to Aileen, Anantha and the whole team for making the wedding and stay so special. We truly appreciate the hospitality.

Anand, the Banquet manager, kept everything on schedule and stayed nearby to handle our requests. He and the staff were professional and attentive without getting in the way. The ballroom was cosy and just right for my wife’s 60th birthday party, with very good table arrangements and sound system. The food was top-notch, and all my guests complimented the venue and meal. Thanks to Anand and the team for making our family event so memorable.

The lounge was lovely, and Rejane and Thines gave excellent, attentive service that made us feel right at home. We’d been to Singapore before, but this was our first stay at the Holiday Inn Atrium. A friend who often visits had suggested other IHG properties and said this hotel was a bit outdated, but we were pleasantly surprised. The lobby, shared areas, and restaurants are spacious and well maintained, and our room was clean and comfortable. We saw that the facilities and rooms are being updated. It’s also very close to an MRT station, so getting around Singapore was easy.

The Indian breakfast choices were a highlight: idli, sambhar, pongal, upma, and aloo paratha, along with plenty of other options. The food was good and suited different tastes. Staff were humble, polite, and always willing to help, which made the stay more comfortable. The pool and gym were well maintained, and having the MRT station right beside the hotel made getting around Singapore easy. There’s also a shopping complex next door where you can book bus tickets and pick up daily essentials. I had a very pleasant stay and recommend it for business or family visits.
