The villa was spacious and beautifully designed, easily better than other places we’ve stayed in Singapore. The food was great too, and the setting worked perfectly for celebrating my parents’ birthdays on 25 and 26 Feb. But the butler service was a real letdown. We’d booked a birthday cake back in January and had to chase it up. We also had to request and reconfirm our own late checkout, then call reception when the buggy didn’t show up for our confirmed 1:30 pm departure. Housekeeping came to clean just two hours after we checked in. After a short buggy tour and getting a contact card, we never heard from the butler during our stay, despite the service being described as 24/7. At checkout, the butler didn’t show up either. There were only two plush toys left at the counter, and the invoice arrived by email after we’d left. We’ve had excellent, proactive butler service at Marina Bay Sands, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore (Suites) and Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa (Villas). Here, the service felt disengaged and reactive. We’d planned to extend our stay and eat at the on-site restaurants, but decided against both. Amazing villa, very disappointing butler service. Rod S

We both had a great time here. It’s a beautiful property, and the staff were attentive and made the stay worthwhile. Jeff, our butler, was outstanding. We loved the massage with Sara and the food at Royal China, which is a must try. Making the Sentosa Sling was fun too, and we’d recommend trying the Raffles Afternoon Tea in front of the 200 year old tree.

We came back for dinner after a lovely breakfast at Raffles Sentosa, and the evening menu impressed us even more. Brynn from South Korea knew it inside out and suggested delicious dishes. She was also so helpful, and took really nice photos for us for our wedding anniversary. I’d definitely recommend Raffles Sentosa for a celebration. Staff like Brynn do their utmost to make it a wonderful experience from the moment you arrive. Thank you for such a great time 😀

Rica and Joanna looked after us so attentively and professionally, and made our date a lovely one. The whole team were polite and professional from the moment we arrived. The setting was peaceful, with greenery all around, and we could have spent hours enjoying the exquisite tea and delicate afternoon tea treats beside the century-old ficus tree. :)

Joanna was kind and helpful throughout our afternoon tea, making sure everything went smoothly and we felt looked after. The tea was beautifully presented and really aesthetic. We came to Raffles Sentosa for my birthday, and the team made it feel special with warm, attentive service and thoughtful surprises. It was a memorable and delightful celebration from start to finish.
