The location in the heart of Chinatown is peaceful for resting, while still just steps from food and local culture. The hotel feels fresh, modern, and comfortable, and it looks like it was renovated last year. For the area, I found the price very affordable and well worth it. Jeffery, Gladys, Bingbing, Alan, Dora, Pann, and Xue made the stay especially memorable with welcoming, professional service and a smile whenever they were ready to help. I stayed one night in room 403, and I’ll definitely return.

Gladys made my stay feel welcoming with her friendly, accommodating manner and warm smile. She was always willing to help, and her professionalism and genuine care stood out. Hotel Chinatown Singapore is clean and comfortable, with good value for money and easy access to public transport, food spots, and nearby attractions. It works well for either a short or longer stay. I highly recommend it and would happily stay again.

Gladys Ledesma was especially accommodating and friendly, and her warm, professional manner helped make our stay pleasant and smooth. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

Gladys took such good care of us and made our stay more comfortable. I was there with my family for a visit to Singapore, and the location was ideal, with attractions nearby and everything very walkable. I’d rate the place 10/10, highly recommend it, and would absolutely stay again on my next trip.

Gladys, Jeffrey, Bing, and Dora were so kind and gave outstanding service. Their friendly, helpful welcome really made the stay special. The hotel is lovely and convenient for exploring Singapore, right in the heart of Chinatown. Highly recommended!
