Capella Singapore

We had a great birthday stay at Capella and are already looking forward to coming back. Our furkid could join us at the restaurants, which meant a lot. Breakfast was a fantastic spread, and the reception and restaurant staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The room was fantastic, with a nice living area for watching our favorite shows and a huge vanity space. It was so relaxing to hang out there. We'd recommend it to family and friends and hope to return for another staycation.

The pool was a lovely place to cool off before we left. Nelvin welcomed us and generously offered ice cream and frozen grapes in the heat. The bellman was friendly as we departed, too. Thanks to Logesh, a few other staff whose names I can't recall, and Fandi from the Front Office. We also enjoyed breakfast at Fiamma the next morning. The food was fantastic, with lots of choice from the buffet and free-flowing mains. Manager Canny and the rest of the team were welcoming and attentive. The night before, we'd had a late dinner there and ordered a few drinks and an appetiser. Since it was late, we planned to take our main course to go, but Kalai kindly suggested serving it in our room instead. A really considerate touch. We had a wonderful stay at Capella, with lovely accommodations and truly top-notch service. It was memorable.

We enjoyed the meals, from High Tea to dinner and breakfast, and the rooms were impressive. The warmth started as soon as we arrived, with genuine greetings and excellent service throughout. Every staff member we met seemed sincere, including the very helpful online concierge. We've already suggested that some relatives consider Capella for their next staycation.

We had a wonderful anniversary at Capella Singapore, and a simple staycation somehow made us feel like royalty. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. I booked a Premier King Garden Room, but we were unexpectedly upgraded to a One-Bedroom Villa without asking. That generous, thoughtful surprise set the tone for the whole visit. Every staff member we met was naturally warm and welcoming, and the service across the resort was impeccable. The grounds were beautiful, too. One handy perk is that you can call for a buggy whenever you need to get around. I called one to Fiamma, then realized my villa was basically next door. The ride took about 20 seconds. I felt a bit embarrassed to have the driver come all that way, but he greeted us with a huge smile as if it were completely normal. That kindness stuck with me. The buggy can also take you right down to the carpark and your car, a small but thoughtful touch. Everything about the stay felt special. Capella has set a very high bar for staycations, and we're definitely coming back. 🌿✨
