Quincy House Singapore

The pool area was especially comfortable, with trade winds and shade, and the patio beside the pool can be rented for small parties. We found it useful for two events. The pool itself is nice, and the beds are exceptional. The breakfast area is good too, and it even worked well for a business meeting at 1 AM. The laundry facilities are efficient and easy to use, with no extra supplies or money needed. The machines do a good job, and the Laundry Crew app lets you know when a load is done, so there's no need to babysit it. I've been staying at Quincy House by Holland village for more than a week. It's a very nice place, and I'd recommend it especially to businesspeople or couples who need a managed apartment. Big shout-out to Nur (Quincy Qurator), Yan Cui (Housekeeping), and Nava (Bellman). They were all excellent!!!

My trip was disrupted unexpectedly, so I had to cancel my booking at Quincy House Singapore. The team at Far East Hospitality understood and were compassionate through the whole process. They approved a free cancellation as a goodwill gesture, which I truly appreciated while things were stressful. Their professional, prompt communication and empathy left a very positive impression. I couldn't stay this time, but I'm genuinely looking forward to visiting in the future when circumstances are better. Highly recommend them based on the customer service alone.

We liked it so much we tried to extend our stay. Reception couldn't sort it out at first, but after a little hiccup, Mel helped us promptly and seamlessly. The location in the heart of HV is perfect, with the MRT and buses five minutes away. There's a great spread of places to eat, from cafes, coffee shops, and dessert spots to food from all cuisines and at different prices, with both local and international choices. From the drop-off area to reception, the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. I loved how the reception, gym, and rooms were designed. They're modern and beautiful, but functional too, and clearly made with guests in mind. Amazing first stay, and definitely not my last.

The place was clean and affordable, with great amenities close by. The MRT is nearby and food centres are within walking distance. The manager should be very pleased with the team. Housekeeping, the cleaning staff, and the front of house were all fantastic, accommodating, and keen to make sure we were comfortable. This was by far one of the best places I've stayed in Singapore. I hope the complex keeps its standards high, because I'll definitely come back to quincy house on my next visit.
